BIM Project Manager

We’re looking for a BIM Project Manager to compose our talented team in Hilti that can perform in an international working culture.

What does the role involve?
o Work with Business Development and sales to develop a target list of project and/or customers that we want to approach with our BIM / Plant Design offering
o Support Business Development in presenting the details of the Hilti offer in regards to BIM / Plant Design software & service solutions
o Provide regular updates towards Hilti Management on progress on the targeted projects/customers
o Asses required workflows & processes, BIM project specifics and Hilti potential
o Actively approach these customers/projects with business development and sales to create a pipeline
o Support local business developer / project manager in contract formation
o Manage assigned BIM / Plant Design projects
o Ensure that all necessary paperwork (BIM standards, contract, etc) is in place before the project start
o Create a plan, set objectives and select team members together with the local organization.
o Organize a project kick-off with the Hilti team and customer team.
o Organize periodic internal and external meetings with the participants of the BIM project(s).
o Keep track of the financials on your assigned projects and provide regular updates towards Hilti management.
o Trouble shoot topics related to Plant Design SW topics in conjunction with the Hilti / Oglaend plugins.
o Join evaluation meetings with customers as the representative of Hilti.
Teamwork and development
o Establish excellent working relationships with relevant Hilti stakeholder (business developer, PMO team, …) in the region and within the BIM / Plant Design SW community at Hilti.
o Actively provide input and serve as a sparring partner for colleagues tasked with further developing our BIM offering
o Train local Project Managers
o Perform all your work in compliance with Hilti rules, regulations and BIM Standards
o Actively participate in trainings and our SMD process
o Ask for and give feedback

What you need is:
- Bachelor or Master degree, preferably in engineering.
- A minimum of 5 years working experience of which at least 1 in project management.
- Good Project Management understanding, preferably from construction.
- Very good user know how (admin know how preferred) in plant design software (PDMS / E3D and/or SmartPlant3D / S3D) required.
- Experience with BIM projects & Autodesk Revit software is a clear plus.
- Fluent in English and Spanish / Portuguese, any additional languages are a plus.
